No contact and no support

What's the pont of having a partner program if no one from Xero ever responds to questions.

We have been trying to get our partner app finaised for over 3months and NO one responds.

How does everyone else cope with this lack of support?

Sorry for there being no response to this. It sounds like you're already in the process of getting your app certified and listed. Have you been dealing with anybody directly on this?

I want to make sure you are getting the support you need so please let me know the name of your app and I can check our system for details then ensure somebody responds.
