Getting error as "Token BXXXXXXXXK does not match an expected REQUEST token

We have a partner app using Xero-Net libraries and are having trouble in renewing the access_token in partner app. The token works fine for 30 minutes but when we trying to renew it thorough method name called OAuthTokens RenewAccessToken(iToken, header) we are getting error as follows

"Token TXXXXXXXXXXXXN does not match an expected REQUEST token"

When we looked into OAuth issues "Does not match an expected access token" they are saying about token swap, but currently we are having single token when we received during successful login.

Please advise how to renew / swap access token using in Xero-Net libraries.
