Keyset does not exist

We have a partner application that has been working well for a few years now, I'm wondering if anyone can help with this. We have changed our Application Name due to a product rebranding and since then, we are getting "Keyset does not exist" errors when people try to authenticate with Xero.

We have also changed our domain but I put the new domain in the "OAuth callback domain" section of the application settings page.

I'm not exactly sure what's causing this error but it doesn't seem to happen when I run the website from my debugger on localhost, only from the live site apparently.
