renewal Token in partner application sometime return token_rejected

Hi everyone!
I followed all the process of token renewal for my partner app. It works fine. But I'm sometime faced a strange issue. without any change, I get sometime error "token_rejected" and I' have to manualy request a new token. for some xero companies connected to my partner application, the renewal works fine but for some others it's more instable. is someone faced the same issue?

I found the issue. the new access token was not properly saved in some conditions.

We are using java to integrate the xero partner application.

Each time we need to get the new request token to get the access token for renewal process?

Can you provide some code samples integrate the refresh token concept?
