Checkout www.rentbox.co.nz, it's a rental management SaS product which integrates with Xero and is being actively developed with the backing of several property investors. Our aim is to build the worlds best rental management software. We're still in beta right now (so there are a few rough edges), but we'd love to give you an account so you can try it!
