Error 500 when trying to Get New Access Token in Postman - invalid client_id

I've just generated a Demo Company to start developing web app for accessing our Xero data, and have been following the steps on https://developer.xero.com/documentation/sdks-and-tools/tools/postman to connect Postman to the App I just created.

At the step of clicking Get New Access Token, the login window instead shows Error 500 with details invalid_request : Invalid client_id

Client ID and secret were both set as environment variables, and all fields in "Configure New Token" appear to be as per the screenshot on the above website.

Any help appreciated.

Please could you raise a case using this link and include details of your client id and the date and time you last got the error (including the timezone). We will then be able to look into this for you in more detail.
