email invoice sending twice

We are using the Xero.NetStandard wrapper and are emailing the invoice via the API which works well.

The problem is that sometimes it emails the invoice twice.

It doesn't log this in the history that it has been emailed twice but we've had several Customers saying that this is happening.

Does anyone else had this happen and is there any way we can find out?
