Hi Team,

I'm trying to submit an Oauth extension request to the Contact Us support form at https://developer.xero.com/contact-xero-developer-platform-support/ and am receiving the error 'There was a problem submitting the form. Please try again shortly.'

I've tried an incognito browser in case it's a cookie issue but get the same result.
reCaptcha doesn't seem to have a problem.

Can you please confirm it's broken/when it will be fixed?

Hi Liam - the form should be working. I've just tested my self. If you do get another error and can post back the error in the console that would be helpful.

You can also always get in touch with API support by emailing api@xero.com with your question.

It's a bit odd then. I'm still getting the error.

Error in the console is a 400 error on https://developer.xero.com/api/forms/support-form with newrelic-browser-client.min.js:1 highlighted.

No response error to give more detail.

I'll email api@xero.com as you mention.

Will also check for your email in our CRM and make sure you get a reply asap.

I've tried it a number of times so I hope if it has gone through the CRM has a 'merge' function!

I’m also seeing the error message when trying to submit the form.

Is there an alternate contact method? Or confirm if my submissions went through?

Hi Matthew - sorry for the troubles. Will have the team check in on this.

If you email `api@xero.com` with the same info requested in the form that will also start a case for you.
