Extremely slow (>200 seconds) Response Time for 2% of my calls

I have an app that runs with various Tenants, retrieving journals. On about 2% of my calls (23 calls of 980 calls today) to get the next 100 journals, the response on the HTTP call is EXTREMELY slow - often 200-280 seconds! What's strange is that it seems to generally be a few seconds, or hundreds of seconds - something is going REALLY wrong on these calls.

I've made the calls from my local internet connection, and through 2 different VPNs, and through my AWS VPC, and see this issue across all of them, and across different tenants.

How do I get someone to look into this?
