Trouble generating tokens (Error 500)

I keep on getting error 500 when generating accounting tokens.

I have deleted my app and re-created it, I then can generate a token for transactions but when I try and generate a token for settings it gives me the error 500 and same for contacts and attachments.

Not sure what changed as this was working the previous weeks and could do it without any hiccups.

A speedy reply would be appreciated.
