Hello,
Total newbie here very limited computer skills.. Please be gentle :)
I have a woo commerce website with a xero plugin loaded that has been working fine for years.
Now all of a sudden i noticed that my invoices are not sending over to xero.
I get this message
Request failed due OAuth error: signature_method_rejected | No certificates have been registered for the consumer.
I clicked into the plugin settings,
clicked Xero developer centre.
it took me to (really no clue where ) and it says the public key expired on 6/11/19
and I clicked Update public key and no I have no idea what to do from here as it says to upload my base_64 encoded5509 certificate.
What is that and where do i get a new one??
Can someone please help me
Would be greatly appreciated

Regards Nicole
Hi Nicole,

This page on the WooCommerce site has the instructions for creating a new cert: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/xero/

The instructions are for setting up a new integration but the steps are very similar for updating your certificate.
