Hi guys,
Is it possible to integrate practice manager to a phone system?
The idea is access the practice manager's contact information and match it the caller in our phone system
The phone system is 3CX.

Hi, yes Xero Practice manager runs using Workflow Max, there is a whole API for that. However, I am not aware of any integrations with 3CX yet.

Not sure if this is something you have the capacity to handle. From my knowledge however, there are some changes expected out of the XPM/WorkflowMax API over the coming months that may include oAuth2.0.
