Emails Not Getting Delivered Sometimes

Hello. I have posted a message about this in the end-user community forum, with no results, so I'm trying again here.

We send emails from the Xero web interface to our customers, and many tell us they didn't get it, or it wound up in their spam or junk folders.

We host our own email servers, and I am fluent in DNS and SPF.

Invoice emails coming from your service are using the server "a4.email.post.xero.com", though the SPF record does not mention that domain, nor even the IP number(s) of the email server used.

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:stspg-customer.com include:_spf.neto.com.au include:eskerondemand.com ~all

I suggest you update your DNS SPF record to "include:xero.com"
