Some Emailed Invoices Don't Arrive

Over the past few months we have been told by many customers that they are not receiving our invoices when sent from Xero. I can confirm this, and think they're being blocked as spam.

Looking at the DNS records of xero.com (using network-tools.com), it appears you are using both google.com and googlemail.com for your MX, yet you have the following SPF record...

v=spf1 include:_spf.google.com include:stspg-customer.com include:_spf.neto.com.au ~all

I don't think whoever is editing your zone file understands how the SPF record works.

Additionally, looking at the headers of an emailed invoice shows it was sent using luna.mailgun.net and a2.email.post.xero.com

You may want to try using this for your SPF, instead...

v=spf1 include:google.com include:googlemail.com include:mailgun.net include:xero.com include:stspg-customer.com include:neto.com.au ~all
