Subtle Changes / Useless Features / Ignoring What Customers Want

We have a general Query / Question

We Subscribed Years and Years ago to Xero
Subscribing was a decision made on the "back then" Features / Look etc
We never agreed to any ongoing changes whether we liked them / needed them / or not

Over the years we have tolerated many unnecessary changes / add on's / increases / outages / etc
Whilst also noting any Major Requests go completely ignored

Our Xero Subscription today is NOTHING like what we originally agreed to

Hey Lisa, appreciate from time-to-time there's enhancements to features that may not be something you've directly asked for yourself - We're always assessing the product that we're offering to our customers to ensure we're staying ahead of the games in terms of regional legislation changes & innovative features. While there is the odd occasion where we're experiencing performance troubles, we do have an overall 99.97% uptime & committed to offering a secure & stable service - more detail here.

We do also send out regular communications of upcoming changes so that you're aware of any updates that'll be made. This is so you can be well informed of anything that's coming your way & plan for your business. As Subscriptions are month to month, you're able to assess any upcoming changes to see how these'll fit with your business & choose if you're going to continue with the Subscription going forward.
