Timesheets-Enable Employees to view their Timesheets submitted by Payroll Administrator

Not all employees are able to use or access the internet with their mobile phone and don't even have an email address. In our situation of the shearing industry, The Payroll Administrator (myself) processes all job sheets and adds all times etc manually to each employees timesheets to be processed for the weekly payrun. Apparently none of our employees are able to view any of their own time sheets, the Payroll Administrator (myself) has processed, showing which jobs they have been paid for.
The only timesheets employees can view are ones they have submitted themselves (which they don't enter timesheets).
I would like to request a new feature that would enable employees to view timesheets that have been submitted and processed by the Payroll Administrator.
