Expenses - Select inventory items

Some of the expenses reimbursement from our employees is part of our product & service cost. So we suggest if Xero can add product & service code as a new filter in the Expense function.
Heya Kit, thanks for posting your request! With the way inventory works in Xero, only when using invoices and bills will there be the option to impact the inventory quantities. There's no plans to change how this works at the moment, but you could try reimbursing your employees using bills instead of expenses in the meantime.
