Receipts submitted during the new expenses trial are no longer visible

Having reverted back to Classic expenses because the new expenses did not deliver sufficient additional functionality and actually removed good features, I have now discovered that I can no longer see the receipts that have been submitted.
I now have 3 months of accounting data with no receipts visible and therefore my business is not tax compliant.

This should be a significant concern for all businesses and accountants.

Please join me in demanding that Xero make these receipts fully visible.

This is a bit of tricky situation, as I just told you to remove the role, however to access the new Expenses, you'll need to give yourself an Expenses role to access and process the receipts that've already been entered through this new feature. I'm going to get the team back in touch to make sure that we get you back on track to get your receipts through.
