Prompt when adding a supplier bill as a pdf

We are wanting to go paperless, and just add supplier bills as a pdf.

Is there or can there be a prompt to say "have you added a copy of the invoice" or words to that effect?

Awesome to hear that you're looking to go paperless, Lynette. :)

Right now, there's no way to have an alert that prompts you to add a file when entering a bill. Definitely something that'd be quite handy if you're looking to go paperless though. Happy to turn this into a feature request if you'd like? Just let me know.
