Add on for bin pickup service

Looking for an ap that can track pickups of bins
The bins have numbers and stay at the same addresses.
One customer may have multiple bins at more than one location.
Currently my husband writes them manually into a diary and I invoice them monthly.
So they can vary from a cusomter having 1 pickup a month to 40 pickups a month at various locations plus rent.
Must be an easier way?
Maybe a barcode system, not sure

check out www.quiksys.com.au, we have a phone app ordering system, your customers could book their bins in for delivery and pick up and you would have a back end order management system to manage the systems and processes before sending data to Xero for invoicing. if your husband couldn't work for some time then the system has the details, anyone should be able to pick up and manage the business, it wont rely on your husbands memory or little bits of paper :-)
