AU Payroll - Correct mismatcehed pay runs and payments

Is there a quick way to correct 9 months of weekly pay runs that have had the wrong pay calendar applied. For example the wages paid on the 15/10/2017 have had the pay calendar for week ending 08/10/2017 instead of 15/10/2017.
This has compounded to the end of the year whereby it looks like there is a pay run missing which is not the case. I have to fix as the payroll reports have to go to an agency for one employee and they are indicating that a pay run has been missed. The problem started due to no pay run required for week ending 11/10/2017. A nil pay run should have been processed to keep the calendar up to date but was not.
