Timesheets - apply hours to a client and reporting

It would be great if the timesheet feature had a couple of extras - we can allocate to a category but the reports are not great. If we could have a timesheet report that we can see all employees hours over a certain period with the option of showing categories and also being able to assign hours as a billable expense would be AMAZING!! I know we have projects but its not quite the same!
