AU Payroll - Long Service Leave pro rata South Australia

Hi,
I have 5 employees and have not been accruing long service leave for them.
One of them has been employed for 9 years and is eligible for pro rata.

Do I assign 'long service leave' leave type to all employees? or only those eligible for pro rata?

Do I accrue LSL based on ordinary earnings?
What about for employees that do not work full time, their LSL needs to be recorded in hours only?
