Find and Recode - Apportion tracking categories

Find and Recode is wonderful. I would like an update day to be able to recode an number of transactions at the transaction level, over tracking categories, where expenses are not specific to a tracking category, such as Insurance/Rates and land taxes. to be able to assign a percentage to each category.

Currently you have to change each transaction in a clients data or use General Journals, which make the monthly data worthless for management reporting, and addons such as Figured etc.
