New Charity discount

Hi
I am an existing Xero user working for a Limited company. I'm now looking to add a charity account. Can anyone tell me what evidence Xero need to apply the 25% discount (I've asked for a call back but can't wait).

I think they ask for the registered number.

Does your charity have any specific needs like VAT126 or Fund Accouting?
