How to grant access to user for using Xero Expense?

Hi,

I downloaded the Xero Expense app and tried to access it but was asked to request access.

Access has already been granted. Can someone advise how to resolve this?

Hi Chun Huat, our Support team will be able to take a look into what's going on here. Just reach out to them with the name of the org, and user who's granted access.
