Can't find the invoice I need to reconcile to

Hi There,
Im new to Xero so pls forgive me!
I am trying to reconcile and when I select 'search and match' the invoice no Im searching for says it doesnt exist, yet the invoice does exist as it is listed in the invoice section of the program.
Can anyone assist me?

Heya Todd, it's a bit hard to know what's going on without taking a look! Could it be that it's in a different currency? If so you'll need to unselect Show AUD items only.

No its already selected. Any other ideas:
So when you "find and match" in reconcile statements, you type in a surname or an invoice no and below in the seach box it says...Your search returned no results. Clear your search.

Im not able to reconcile a few payments as it can not locate them, yet i see them in there under sales tab.

I think in this case we'll need to get Support to take a look. Can you invite them in, and let them know what you're trying to reconcile and to what statement line :) Sorry not too much else more I can do on Community!
