Blank PDF invoice issue with Adobe - 20 Nov 2017

We seem to be having an issue with some of our invoices that are emailed as PDF's. when the Customer opens the PDF it is blank and prevents their Adobe opening any more PDF's until the Xero instant is manually closed in task manager....

As noted, I can confirm that the troubles around opening PDF's in Adobe (Version 2018.009.20044) have been resolved by the team.

We do recommend re-sending your invoices so that your customers will be able to open and read these properly. But, just let Support know if you, or your customers are still experiencing issues.
