Xero Business Community

Hi everyone, Come on over to the new discussions in Xero Central. It’s a more intuitive way to connect and chat all things business with one another. Ask questions, dish out answers, and get involved.

You can still view topics in the Xero Business Community to see all the useful knowledge that’s been shared there; and you can restart conversations you feel have been of huge value to you on Xero Central.

If you have brilliant ideas for innovations, you can keep on adding feature requests in the Xero Business Community, and voting on existing requests. There’s more in store, as we come up with the best way to take on your thoughts and share developments

About Bookeo

A scheduling and reservation system for appointments, classes, tours and escape rooms. You’ll love the real-time sync of customers and sales to Xero. For more information, check out Bookeo.

Remember if you have questions or need assistance with Bookeo, this is not the best place to ask - this forum is for reviews and feedback only.

For general support and to contact the Bookeo team, check out their Support Center.

So, the integration between Bookeo and Xero was supposed to provide a seamless experience for both the user and their customers. The booking side of it works extremely well. When a customer books through Bookeo, their booking is recorded in Xero immediately as either a payment or as a debt. Reconciliation is a doddle once the payment is received.
There is one fundamental flaw however. In Xero it is recorded that an invoice has been sent to the customer. This doesn't happen. Xero say that it is a Bookeo issue and Bookeo say that it is a Xero issue. Nevertheless, it has been months with no news of a resolution. I have taken to just resending the invoices even though they are marked as sent in Xero.
