I am having problems with CTO not picking up all my orders and adding them to Xero. I have previously used another package that carried out the same process for Sage and I know there have been problems with the API for BC timing out. I am not sure whether this is the same issue, but it was solved by having the ability to manually download orders based on specific time frames. Unfortunately CTO does not have this functionality.

There are no known issues of the integration missing orders. The orders referenced by Scott were in fact imported - perhaps they had not yet been triggered for import when initially checked. (Orders are triggered for import according to the 'trigger' order status configured in the integration.)

CTO integration works great with Xero. I did try two other connectors - none of them allows to create a fully automatic streamline workflow between ecommerce store and Xero as CTO does. When CTO integration is created no manual entries are need in Xero. Everything works as it supposed to. 100% real time accounting run on an autopilot.
