Our business has quite complicated rules around recurring payments, none of the other products on the market were able to automate this for us. Cloud Depot made our admin for payments a lot more streamline and easy!

We use the product for our business and works well for us.

We've found MyAccounting Toolbox to be very unresponsive when the syncing hasn't worked- and this has left us with cashflow issues. This has happened a number of times. The attitude of MyAccounting Toolbox- when we've been able to get hold of them- is this API works "as is" and so any problems are our problems. Funny how you can pay for something and not get what you pay for.

The API is only for syncing invoices and does not allow for data flows on expenses and other items. So in terms of value-for-money- not great, given (as the user above has commented) that pricing is based on how often it syncs.

The software works well. There are features I'd like to see, like a little more customization on what data flows through to the invoice and how it is formatted, as well as the ability to send over product/service codes as "inventory products" on invoices... IMHO it would help, and it would let me track individual item profitability with actual figures instead of cost estimates in AT.

Also, the pricing is based on how often it syncs... which drives me nuts. I've seen that as a trend in some of these sync apps and I think it is a crock. Why not base on volume - like number of invoices - instead of frequency?

Regardless of my complaints, though - here's the important key:
