Big commerce isn't syncing with onesaas, I am recieving the following error

BigCommerce - EQUIPFIT Failed
Information Products: Preparing to retrieve data ...
Error Error during synchronisation. BigCommerce - EQUIPFIT could not retrieve Products updates: Could not communicate with 'login.bigcommerce.com'.
The remote server returned an error: (406) Not Acceptable. See Online Help
Information Orders: Preparing to retrieve data ...

Are you able to please help me with this as the online help from Onesaas didnt help.

Hi Moana - this page is specifically for the review of BigCommerce integration with Xero.

If you'd like help from our Community users about this integration, you're more likely to get an answer here. Our Support team will also be able to help you with any Xero BigCommerce integration problems - you can send an email to them at support(at)xero(dot)com :)
