I find this integration app very useful. Any errors are raised and the issue is highlighted, with easy resolution. Instructions are clear and hyperlinked for easy navigation. The time I save each month on bookkeeping is well worth the monthly fee. Recommended.

Had Integration drama between BigCommerce and Xero. Couldn'y fix the issues myself, so asked for help.
I dealt with Adele who walked me through the steps to take, guiding me through what appeared to be a maze to me. She got me there, she guided me quickly and very professionally and with the patience of a saint when dealing with someone like me.

We have been using onesaas with Bigcommerce, Xero and Zoho for well over 18months. It works well. Support is quick and saves us lots of processing time. If it didn't exist we would have to find something else or write a custom integration

We have been using this sync for about 2 1/2 months now and the sync has stopped working a few times. When that happens, I have to uninstall and reinstall the Xero app which means I have to reconfigure all my settings which has caused problems. Otherwise, it works pretty well.

Currently I use onesaas to connect 2 bigcommerce stores and have it talk to xero to create my invoices.
I haven't had to do any manual invoicing in a long time.
It generates about 200 invoices per month with about 1000 line items

One Saas works great - integrating between Bigcommerce and Xero - There are times when a user changes something but it is easy to go into Onesaas and fix it.

If I know what I know now I will never use Onesaas for integration. It fails constantly and isn't as smooth as it should be. I work with two clients and to get the issues sorted out is always a nightmare. The help desk from Onesaas isn't that helpful and we are running it now for over 6 month's and we still need manual intervention to get things through to the systems.
