BE WARNED!! Do not sign up with these criminals!
They will try to extort money where ever and however they can!, They will Lie to no avail.
You only need to google them to see all the poor people they have screwed over.
Also they are in breach Australian privacy laws and will have complete access to all your clients personal info and all your business financials at the touch of a button.
Be ready for a legal battle and lots of threats and lies from their staff.

Started with the program as Connect2field and they were great could not help enough, bought by Fleetmatics, who added some features and a different focus. I stopped using the program after a few months but honored my 12 months subscription, they kept billing after that and when I picked it up several months down the track, many hrs on the phone and many emails, no refund and no help. I am a small business owner trying to find the right product to fit the business and when it does not fit ( went form month to month (connect2field) to 12 month contract), the business does not have the decency to give a refund, for the months I believed were charged incorrectly after the 12 months. I have also been left with a horrible experience from this company. If want some other reviews check out YELP on flleetmatics 9 out of 10 are bad.

Horrible experience. Absolutely horrible. The sales guys sound great when they want you to sign up, then its all downhill. Sales personal lied confirmed it would do a feature, then found out it won't. Price $800 setup waived, $25/mo/user, 30-day trial. I canceled within 30-days, had to fight to get $350 back. They try the old 'give me more time to fix it' then you would be after 30-day refund period (tricks). You will get a final call from a rude employee trying to say the software does what it advertises. I had my attorney deal with them, disputed my $350 charge, canceled my card. Afterwards, through online homework, they run on an older system vs more modern systems used by other software.
