Receipt bank alternatives?

Started by Vicky Edgar -   in Using Xero Connected Apps

Hi there,

Has anyone used any alternatives to receipt bank? We have recently been moved up a 'tier' in their pricing structure and its a huge jump in cost. We are inputting 200-250 invoices per month.

Does anyone have any experience of other xero-compatible software?

Many thanks,

Hello Vicky

DataDear.com allows you to push invoices directly from PC-based Excel. Maybe this can address your needs.

Hi Vicky,

perhaps you could consider using CSV2Cloud to import your invoices into Xero. We charge flat fee per month for unlimited imports.

Please get in touch with us on our website for a free consultation and we’ll quickly walk you though how this setup would look like in practice.

This is Jan from Datamolino.

Compared to RB, this are the main differences:

- we capture "invoice descriptions" to give you a better idea about the bill when you open it in Xero
- Datamolino can capture "invoice line items" which is helpful in some situations where you need to assign the items to different ledger codes etc.
- we do not charge per client or the number of Xero orgs. The pricing is transaction based and you pay only for the number of items that you need to process.
