Integration between Tanda and Xero got disconnected

We used rostering software - Tanda to record staff's timesheets and export timesheets from Tanda to Xero each payroll run. Our three Tanda accounts integrated into one Xero account for 2 years, and they worked always well.

However, from last week, only one Tanda account can integrate into our Xero account, and the other two Tanda accounts were disconnected. We tried to reconnect these two Tanda accounts into Xero manually, but it didn't work.

Please help us.

Head over to Xero Discussions and re-post this if you'd like to chat to other Xero users, however I can see our support team has confirmed that because Tanda built and designed the integration with Xero, they'll be most familiar with the workflow between Xero and their systems and'll be in the best position to help.
