No Account on my profile so I cant re-setup the MFA.

Ther is no Acccount near or under the Profile After Logging in
Hi Joe, if you click on the profile image there should be an 'Account' option that shows up - see my example here
If not, I'd recommend raising a case with our team of specialists at Support, if you can send them a screenshot of how you screen appears when you click here, they'll be able to dive into investigate with you.
