I think it would be great if you could bulk select pay items in payroll settings, especially where you are using 3rd party payroll solutions and where they create multiple pay items.

For example: I have one Xero file where there is currently 200 pay items but only 50 of them are current & valid. To inactive the other 150 we have to mark each one individually as inactive and is a very time consuming process

Thanks for sharing Mae, totally get where you're coming from here. We'll keep an eye on this thread to track the interest and share back if there's any update on being able to bulk edit pay items 😊
