Hubdoc - Slow functionality

Why is Hubdoc's so slow. Just because we have over 1000 contacts does not seem like a good excuse. It takes me 5 mins to do one invoice and 20-30 mins to do a multitiple line invoice. This could be such a brilliant resource if it worked properly. Please fix this problem.

Hey team, thanks for your input here. We've had a few convo's with the Hubdoc team around slowness and they're wanting a bit more info on exact use cases. We updated how we load Xero Contacts in Hubdoc to only load them as you need them instead of all at once. Loading them all at once caused a lot of slowness for organizations with 1000s of contacts so we really want to understand what's slowing your experience down after the new changes.

The best way to hear from you about specific experiences is by raising a case with Xero Support - follow this link here so we can keep track of the cases that are coming in. We'd also really appreciate recordings of your experiences to help with the investigation. We can't access links to recordings so will need you to imbed the file into your case as an attachment 😀
