Segregate Draft and Approved Journals

I recently raised a case with Xero Support as to whether there is the functionality for a user to be assigned a role whereby they can only create draft journals without being able to approve. At present, there is only an 'all or nothing approach' i.e. no ability to create a journal or the ability to both draft and approve your own journals.

This is a perennial issue for us as the auditors flag every year that there is no segregation of duties and potential management override of controls. I am therefore stuck in a position whereby I am unable to delegate posting of journals to my team as they would then also be able to approve their own journal postings which is clearly not a feature of strong controls.

Xero has suggested raising this as a feature request and therefore hoping that others are in a similar position and can put their support behind this request.
