After some initial set up issues (user error!) the reconciliation now works great with our PIN payments setup in Xero. Will recommend.

A couple of huccups initially but now working really well and I am very happy. Saves a lot of time in reconciling. I'm using it as an add-on to pin payments which means I now don't have to log in to my clients pin payments account and then manually reconcile to every single invoice that's been paid. Good tool.

I'm experiencing major dramas with the syncing process.
We use Pin Payments.
Failed transactions as below:
1. Transactions that don't have a 'customer' in xero are saying the customer is archived (even if there is a customer with an actively open email address - message is "The contact with the specified contact details has been archived. The contact must be un-archived before creating new invoices or credit notes."
2. Transactions that are larger than an existing invoice have error "Payment amount exceeds the amount outstanding on this document"

Ultra frustrating. I also dont seem to be able to speak to anyone from either company about it.

MAJOR issues reconciling Xero transactions since integrating Synder. Our payment platform is Pin Payments and we were told transitioning to Synder was mandatory two weeks ago. IN Synder seems to be affecting our ability to reconcile even our credit card transactions, which is odd since there's no link to Pin Payments (thus Synder) to our credit card.

Had a barrage of emails (many spam) from Synder but none at all helpful in getting to the bottom of the issues we are facing or informing us on how to use the new Synder integration. We've asked for video tutorial links, like Xero's helpful tutorials, but nothing has been made available.

It's a huge problem for our small business as we do not have the resources to allocate to rectifying an interface we did not want/or ask for but rather has been imposed upon us. We need to get back to easy and quick reconciling like we've enjoyed for years with Xero and Pin Payments (with Silver Syphon).

Synder integration is different from other ways by its detailed way of data entry. You will get the names of products/services, customers from your initial Stripe transactions which makes detailed reporting possible. The app will account for sales and fees and prepare everything for reconciliation. Thank you.

Hi I have xero which I love and I have stripe I want to connect the two now and I am not quite sure why I would synder. Can you please explain this to me? Can I incorporate stripe without Synder.
