Projectworks is amazing. Saves me so much time at month-end as Projectworks has created a seamless integration for invoicing and project management. My time spent on invoicing at month-end has significantly decreased. I no longer do reconciliations between the two systems.

What I love the most is the ability to 2-way payment sync between Xero and Projectworks. This provides incredible accuracy. Just with the click of a reconcile button.

Projectworks allows me to make notes relating to a specific invoice. This could be a payment date or a comment that indicates there is an issue with the invoice, this allows our Account Managers visibility on issues they need to resolve. Exporting all these comments into one document allows me to easily report to Management about our debtor situation. It is an incredible handy feature.

The team is incredibly supportive and always happy for feedback. They are constantly improving and enhancing the features which is amazing.
