Hi everyone, Come on over to the new discussions in Xero Central. It’s a more intuitive way to connect and chat all things business with one another. Ask questions, dish out answers, and get involved.

You can still view topics in the Xero Business Community to see all the useful knowledge that’s been shared there; and you can restart conversations you feel have been of huge value to you on Xero Central.

If you have brilliant ideas for innovations, you can keep on adding feature requests in the Xero Business Community, and voting on existing requests. There’s more in store, as we come up with the best way to take on your thoughts and share developments

The OLD / CLASSIC invoice style has an option showing AMOUNTS ARE: and then a drop down for TAX INCLUSIVE / TAX EXCLUSIVE / NO TAX.

While my default is set to TAX EXCLUSIVE, there are rare occasions when I need to change this to TAX INCLUSIVE. The old / classic invoicing option allows for this.

The NEW invoicing option doesn't have this function. While I don't use it a lot, when I need it, I have to switch back to old / classic, change the setting, enter the invoice details, then switch back to new invoicing layout.

It would be great to have this option as a dropdown somewhere on the NEW invoicing input page.
In a slightly different place, but it's still there Jay :) - Just tap the down arrow in the subtotals section where you can select the tax treatment. Here's a pic for ref.

Thanks Jay. I'll shift this convo across to our 'Using Xero' topic here now :)
